Sunday food log

fasted till lunch, have been experimenting with intermittent fasting lately. Lunch was a Ham and capocolla sandwich with homemade garlic aioli. Dinner was 6oz of smoked chicken breast 3oz of pork, Jalapeno black eye peas, and a salad.
