Breakfast. 1 whole egg plus 3 egg whites, asparagus, pineapple, onion and bell pepper. served with blackberries
Lunch: 6 oz grilled chicken breast, 2 slices copocolla (thin slices) 1 medium banana and blackberries.
Pre-workout snack. one medium banana
Dinner 8oz grilled chicken breast. 2 small whole wheat tortilla’s, approx 1 oz of Fromage Blanc, fresh onion, chopped fresh cilantro, fresh tomato. served with 1/2 medium naval orange and approx 2oz of smoked gouda with bacon. (yumm)
