Morning meetings so had to fast till early lunch. Lunch was boneless skinless chicken breast and 1 medium tomato with a teaspoon of olive oil and vinegar. next mea was a can of tuna (in water) with a can of large black olives. snack of one mandarin orange, pre-workout snack was two squares of dark chocolate and a mandarin orange. Dinner was a chicken breast, medium tomato and an avocado with 1 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil and vinegar.
