breakfast: 3 eggs, fresh mushrooms and green onions with Pico De Gallo. Lunch can of runa, with a fresh tomato, pre-workout snack, 1 chicken breast and 3 mandarin oranges. dinner: 1 tomato(with 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil and vinegar) and a chicken breast.
